An enhanced visual experience for the client, leading to an increase in sales, with individual counters for personalised attention where the client can easily access the product, in a warm, welcoming and distinct pharmacy.
Matilde and her daughters were very clear what they wanted and they told us from the very beginning; “We want to increase our number of clients and their average purchase”. This is not an easy task, but at Concep we are experts in transforming pharmacies and increasing their profitability. But if this wasn’t enough, they also asked for something else, adding; “We want a pharmacy that doesn’t look like any other pharmacy”.
